Biography

I have been a Star Wars fan since I was very little, and my favorite SW site is NJOE (New Jedi Order Encyclopedia), which I have been joined to for two years. I am a Character Writer on the site, and I recently opened a New Jedi Order RPG with fellow poster, MizzeeOH. The site is called Approaching Darkness.

    Yeah I LOVE Star by Star but I count conquest and Traitor as my other NJO favorites! I think I need to read TUF again and try harder to like it since everyone loves it. I think when it first came out I was wanting the NJO to end a different way so I was dissapointed but maybe now I can enjoy it more. Maybe in years to come I'll feel the same way about Invinsible. Perhaps once I'm over the intial shock I'll like it after all. I'm sure that allot of people hated Star by Star because Anakin died or Vector Prime because of chewie.BTW my capital c is broken that's why I haven't used it in conquest or chewie. Anyway nice talking to you.

    Nice talking to you. And when a book kills off a favorite character of mine, I always find myself liking the book more if it gives the character justice.

    If you don't mind my asking I was just wondering what it was about conquest that you didn't like. I loved it but most people loved TUF and I didn't because I think I was wanting someting different. Somehow I was dissapointed. Anyway it's interesting how we can all more or less love the same thing (Star Wars) but have different likes/dislikes within it.

    I love books with a lot of characters in it- characters that we have met before. besides Qorl (Which was the highlight of the book), I didn't feel like the book had a diverse cast. And I am not the biggest Anakin Solo fan, and since the book starred him, I was a little dissapointed. However, I am one of those who like TUF, but Star By Star is my all time favorite.
